I am a mother of three great little kids; 7, 6, and 2 1/2 years.  I have always had a passion for fitness and food, and an obsession with the endless limits of the human body.  Growing up, I learned very skewed ways of approaching food as a means to achieving my physical goals, and believed that in order to reach my goals, I had to sacrifice flavor and constantly feel hungry.

Now I’m 36 and in fantastic shape.  I’ve learned to unlearn things, so that I can be open enough to try this or that and find what works best for me.  This is really about my ups, downs, wins, and losses.  I’m inquisitive by default, so I am always trying to fid the BEST answer to why I should take creatine, or avoid gluten, or do high reps.  I’m sharing this journey with all of you.

This is my life and your life.  This is my opportunity and your opportunity.  If I can do it, YOU can do it.  Let’s do this together!
